Elisabetta Canalis and George Clooney : a new love story?

According to our information, the famous American actor Georges Clooney has recently met the Italian actress and anchorwoman Elisabetta Canalis in Rome.

Every lady knows obviously that Georges Clooney is a single man since he broke up with his last conquest, but he’s now apparently found a new girlfriend to spend his time. Indeed, Georges Clooney has been seen with Elisabetta Canalis in a restaurant during a dinner. Then, they’ve gone for a walk in the streets before to drop some lovely kisses in front of hidden witnesses. The rest of the adventure has happened sheltered to the inquisitive looks, into the room reserved to the Hilton Hotel by Georges…

In fact, Georges Clooney is currently in Italy with some friends to assist to the world swimming championship. And since this one has a holiday home in Lombardie, we’re thinking that this new relationship can continue to exist. But in reality, it seems that Georges Clooney should come back soon to Los Angeles for business, especially to start the shoot of his next movie called “A Very Private Gentleman”.

Elisabetta Canalis, who has already lived a romance with two football players (Christian Vieri and Reginaldo), and also Flavio Briatore, the boss from the Renault stable, has now decided to jump into Clooney’ arms… but for how much time again? Is this really the departure for a new love story for the sexiest gentleman of the world?

G8 in L’Aquila : “Saving private Berlusconi”

In ruins : L’Aquila and Silvio Berlusconi ! In one hand : L’Aquila, devasted by an earthaquake two months ago. In the other and, a prime minister devasted by scandals and his divorce. In the middle of this battle fields : G8. Leaders of the eight most powerful countries (USA, Italy, Germany, Britain, Russia, Japan, Canada and France) were meeting wednesday. A meeting which permitted Berlusconi to forget his privates problems… and to make the show, once again.

This summit would permit Berlusconi to test his lead in these trouble times. To manage his goal, the prime minister has made a big show of moving the summit from its original venue on the island of Sardinia to L’Aquila, in the mountains of central Italy, as a gesture of support for the region.

A good way for Belrlusconi to restore his image. Now, he has to discuss about serious things (such as Iran, environment, global crisis) with the other country… without sending a bullet to the this other leaders : in this game, he’s the challenger !

Rugby : Australia vs Italy

After the first match last week in Camberra, the Italian rugby team is going to affront one again Australia to take revenge. Defeated 31-8, Italy is now determined to win this second test match to prove to his fans that the team has still a hope to rival with the best world’s teams ever, including the Wallabies!

The Australian coach, Robbie Deans, has already announced height substitutions on the starting team. Indeed, even if the whiz kid James O’Connor keeps his position, Matt Giteau and Stirling Mortlock will stay on the substitutes’ bench whereas Pek Cowan could celebrate his first selection on the national Australian rugby team.

Football : Italia vs Northern Ireland

Marcello Lippi, the famous coach of the Nazionale, has recently called his 21 players to play a friendly match against the Northern Ireland, on June 6th.

Among them, 8 youngs recruits including, Davide Santon, one of the last star of the Calcio, revealed by the Inter Milan. We’re also waiting for Gennaro Gattuso who’s going to make his comeback after he was injured to the right knee for some months ago.

Most of the players who won the last FIFA World Cup are not called by Lippi. Nevertheless, they’re sure to participate to the FIFA Confederations Cup in South Africa which starts on June 14th.

Notte prima degli esami

The film is set in an Italian high school in the late 80′s. It is the summer of 1989 and Luca (Nicolas Vaporidis) and his mates are about to leave high school, as long as they pass their exams! Fully expecting never having to put up with his horrid literature teacher, Antonio Martinelli, again, Luca decides to tell him exactly what he thinks of him. But Professor Martinelli informs Luca that, owing to a colleague’s illness, he will now be in charge of the exams. Luca’s social life isn’t much better, although his friends are what matters to him. One night, at a party, Luca meets the girl of his dreams, Claudia (Cristiana Capotondi), but before he can get her phone number, she is whisked away by her thuggish boyfriend Cesare (Marco Aceti). But Luca and Claudia will meet again, in a totally unpredictable way.
